If you don't want it, you can uninstall it with the “Uninstall Growl”
application that comes with it on the Growl disk image, which you can
download from our home page:
http://growl.info/
If you use Dropbox, that's probably what installed it. If you decide
to remove Growl, uncheck Growl support in Dropbox's Preferences, or it
will reinstall Growl again. (We hate this, too.)
