What is?
I said previously that “MailMe only looks at sending accounts.”; this
isn't quite true. MailMe's logic is this:
1. Get the list of receiving accounts.
2. For every receiving account:
1. If it has a sending account set, look up that sending account.
2. If it has an email address or a name, and its port number (if
any) is valid, this is a valid sending account, so use this account
and stop searching.
3. No valid sending account found.
So, your sending account has an email address and a valid port number.
We know from MailMe's Console output that it has an explicit port
number (otherwise it wouldn't have included that), and that it has a
username (richardellis) and hostname (smtp.me.com).
As far as I can tell, on Mail's end, everything is set correctly, and
MailMe is working fine (i.e., able to get your account settings). But,
when MailMe asks your Keychain for the password, Keychain says “I have
no keychain item for that account”.
Please open Keychain Access, search for richardellis, select the
keychain item for your sending account in the list, and send us a
screenshot of the window with that item selected. It won't show your
password (that requires more work, which I don't want you to do).
