It's being set in the .css file, for the body element as such:

body { margin: 0 0 0 0px; padding: 0px; position: relative; width:
225px; word-wrap: break-word; }

I've downloaded a few other styles, and any that are smaller than
300px have the same gap between the notification and the right side of
the screen for the remainder of the 300px.
