I mostly use Growl (1.2) with Adium, but I've been having issues with the location of my notifications. I have it set to Smoke and to appear at the top right corner of my screen. Lately though, the notifications have been starting below that - like when there are multiple notifications, it's as though it's starting with the second or third. I've stopped and started it a few times, and that's temporarily fixed the problem, but then it goes right back to glitchy. It does the same thing with my ByteController notifications, so I suspect it's Growl and not one of the applications utilizing it.
