Problem is the GrowlMail distributed in the extras folder of the Growl-1.2.dmg 
is not the latest version.

Bill: you need to download the separate GrowlMail .dmg from 
http://growl.info/growlmail/ and install that one (version 1.2.1 as opposed to 
1.2).
