Yup. And it still works perfectly on 10.6.3. Never had growlmail move an email.

Out of curiosity, do you have mail (or your server) setup to move messages once 
you've marked them read? Clicking the growl notification opens the message in a 
new window in Mail, which marks the message as read. Then Mail/server would see 
it marked as read and move it elsewhere, as per your rule.

Of course that's a complete stab in the dark and you might not have anything 
like that setup. Just a thought.
