Growl (OS X Leopard) does NOT work for many notifications that I would like:
Skype - Smoke notification for Incoming Call Adium - Smoke notification for Message Received, Message Received Initial and Message Sent. (and yes I've correctly added growl notification Adium too) I have tried restarting Growl, the applications in question, and the computer.
