It's not so much the OS as the hardware you're running, although the OS is part
of it, too.
On Snow Leopard on a 64-bit Mac, Growl 1.2 and later run in 64-bit mode. This
means plug-ins need to be 64-bit-compatible. That plug-in is not.
The plug-in is (probably) compatible with Snow Leopard, including 10.6.4; what
it's not compatible with is 64-bit processor architectures. That's what it
needs to be upgraded to support.
