I just downloaded the latest version of GrowlMail (today, July 9th)
and installed GrowlMail. I continued to get an message when starting
up the Mail app that GrowlMail had been disabled on Mac OS 10.6.4.

After disabling GrowlMail via System Preferences and unchecking
"Enable GrowlMail" in Mail Preferences, I ran the uninstall script to
completely remove GrowlMail (and subsequently, the disabled alert that
appeared every time I opened Mail).

I was going to post a note about this to the group about how it was
still broken, but then decided to try installation one last time. This
actually worked.

So, I thought I would post a note to say that if a user had a previous
version of GrowlMail still installed, they should uninstall it using
the "Uninstall GrowlMail" script that comes with the new download of
GrowlMail, then reinstall the new package.
