I have installed numerous Growl apps on my Mac and deleted them all. But when I attempt to move Safari to the trash, I get the following message: The item “GrowlSafari” can’t be moved to the Trash because it’s open. I have used preferences/accounts/login items and there are NO growl apps listed. How do I get this to "stop" long enough to delete?
