So in the future, whenever someone has the dropbox/cs5 issue, let's just post a response with the link to the web page explaining things. If they need any further explanation, let me handle it. If it takes days for me to reply, still, let me handle it. The people sending emails in the first place are harder to handle, and should be handled by only one person.
This way there's less blame and less people to blame being passed around. I hate seeing anyone on here getting yelled at for something they didn't do.
