This would be a feature for Thunderbird to implement. Growl displays what it’s 
told to by the app, it has no concept of what is in the notification, so 
wouldn’t be able to eg. filter based on the subject text.
Also, as far as I’m aware, it is not possible to notify conditionally in 
Thunderbird right now :(
However, I’m not a Thunderbird user right now, so things may have changed. It’d 
be worth asking on the Thunderbird mailing lists/forums, and maybe submitting a 
feature request to them should it not be available right now.
