I hope I'm not spamming the list...this seems like a good place to find some early testers.
I'm working on an iPhone app that generates network Growl notifications when the phone rings. It's still very rough around the edges and needs some serious testing. Anyone want to help? I got the idea for this one day when I left my phone in a part of the house where I couldn't hear it ringing and then started working on my laptop. I was supposed to pick up a friend from the train station, forgot about it, and never heard my phone ringing. I did however hear the doorbell ring when my, rather angry, friend showed up on my doorstep some time later. So, my punishment is to write an app that will hopefully prevent a repeat occurrence. If any iPhone owners out there want to help me with testing send me your UDID and I'll whip up an Ad Hoc build. You'll need to be running iOS 4.0 or later. Don't feel too left out if you have an Android...I just got one for development so I'll probably make an Android version once I finish the iPhone version. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Growl Discuss" group.
