I attempted to install GrowlMail after I did the recent updates from
Apple
I got an error message saying:
Incompatible Plug-Ins Disabled
Mail has disabled the following plug-ins:
GrowlMail
Contact the makers of these plug-ins for versions
that are compatible with Mail 4.4 and Message 4.4.

Version number of Mac OS X in About this Mac (in the [Apple] menu)

Version number of Safari
-- 5.0.3
Specific names of any applications you're trying to use with Growl
-- GrowlMail with Mail
Display style you're using (for notification-display issues)
