I cannot change the mail application display style. I am unable to use growlmail because there isn't a version available for 10.6.5 (yet). But my attempts to change the display style for the mail application have no effect. Are there other apps that can interfere with the displays. I have MailTags installed and wonder if it is causing the problem or could it be that the original growlmail settings are interfering with the mail settings? It isn't a big issue but I would like to change it if possible. Thanks
