Did you mean you installed a *GrowlMail* update?

This is important because (1) Growl and Mail have nothing to do with each 
other; only GrowlMail is in a position to affect Mail at all, and (2) updating 
Growl does not update GrowlMail.

Please send a screenshot of the Activity window, as an email attachment, to the
