There's no need for one. Growl can use any sound you have installed in any of
the Library/Sounds folders.
If you want to add a sound so that Growl can use it, put it here:
Your Home folder
Library
Sounds
It needs to be in a format QuickTime can play, so nearly anything reasonable
should work.
