Sorry to revive an old thread here.... I had a random thought on why my app might be hanging on Growl notifications. I am communicating extensively with iTunes via Apple Events at almost all times when I post a notification. Does Growl use Apple Events to post notifications to GrowlHelperApp? Is it possible that there is some sort of contention?
