Thank you both, Chris and Peter. On the http://growl.info/growlmail/ page, it states system requirements as: GrowlMail requires Mac OS X 10.5 or higher, and Growl.
Perhaps earlier versions should be linked, as they are on the page Chris linked? In any event, now that I know the Secret of the Bundle, I have Growlmail for Tiger, much appreciated!
