Hi All, Here is a feature request that I think will help user experience. Make the menu bar icon appear (slightly) different when growl is stopped.
Today you can not tell, by looking at the menu bar (or system tray) icon if growl is stopped or running. The use case is as follows, sometimes when I am sharing my screen, or have someone looking at my screen over my shoulder, I turn off growl. But, I forget that I turned off growl. Just looking at the system tray does not indicate whether growl is running or not. It would be useful to gray out the icon when growl is stopped. Other applications (like adium and live sync) gray their icons out to indicate something is not right. tia, rouble -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Growl Discuss" group.
