it shouldn't overwrite what you install using our pkg installer as our
version installs in /Library/PreferencePanes and theirs puts it in ~/
Library/PreferencePanes, but additionally that version of Dropbox
shouldn't be installing growl if its already installed on the system,
it should just use it.
