I keep getting notifications of minor changes in the battery level of
my magic mouse (from 87% to 86%). This is a new phenomenon.

I cannot tell what application is doing this or it is some inherent
capacity of Growl.

When I look in the Growl preferences, I have a list of applications
but none display options for controlling the types of notifications
they will send.

How can I turn this off?

The mouse-related application that uses Growl is "MagicPrefs" But
nothing associated with it (or its documentation) indicates it is
sending notifications about battery status. And yes, I'm emailing
them as well.
