Yes. This is a per-notification setting; you configure it on the Applications
tab in the Growl preference pane.
Double-click on an application in Growl's list, switch to the Notifications
sub-tab, choose the notification you want to set a sound for, and choose the
sound from the pop-up menu.
The sound must be in one of the Sounds folders. If you want to use a sound that
didn't come with Mac OS X, put it in this folder:
Your Home folder
Library
Sounds
