First off, I have come to love Growl, cannot remember what it was like before I had it installed.
For some reason, on occasion, I think sometimes after an upgrade but not sure, certain applications stop showing desktop notifications. I never quite figured out how to fix this situation. It was working then stopped. The main culprit is my Twitter client. I often close the main window and rely on Growl to show updates. But for reasons that are unclear to me, it has stopped showing the notifications. How can I fix this or insure that I have notifications showing for an application? General Settings: Growl starts at login (and is running) Settings for Application: AboveTheNight Inform Twitter when a notification is clicked -enabled Use default starting position -upper right Timeline, Direct Message and Mentions are all same settings Display Style: AboveThe Night Stay on Screen: Application Decides Priority: Normal Play Sound: None I am on a Mac Pro running the latest version of Snow Leopard and version 1.2.2 of Growl Thanks -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Growl Discuss" group.
