I just bought Growl 1.3 from the App Store, but so it seems to be hit or miss in terms of app compatibility. At time of writing, I've noticed it doesn't work with Spotify or Sparrow. I tried going back to the old version and it works fine, but whenever I switch to 1.3, neither app's notifications get through.
