Obviously I'm not the only one with this problem: uninstalled 1.2.2, then installed 1.3., app list is completely empty and can not be edited (no firefox, no dropbox etc etc.). I'm using Lion on a macbook pro 15". Something seems to be wrong with the install / uninstall program me...
