I have two MBPs running side by side - one is running Growl 1.2.2 on OSX SL and the other running 1.3 on OSX Lion The more up to date one shows hardly any notifications since I installed Growl 1.3
I have - uninstalled 1.2.2 before I installed 1.3 I uninstalled 1.3 and downloaded and installed it again from the App Store I removed the login reference to the old Growler helper I have copied the 1.2.2 Framework into the Frameworks folder of all apps shown by Growl detective to have an earlier version I have searched for rogue plist files and deleted them even though they all were locked After all of that I only receive updates from Evernote HardwareGrowler 1Password No updates from Sparrow 1.4 CapsWarn Dropbox Mozy Spotify Twitter There is also no 'RollUp' display So I watch my two MBPs and the old one works fine flashing up Growler messages as appropriate - the other one mainly doesn't Where to next please someone ...... -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Growl Discuss" group.
