skeo: are you sure per app settings for this app worked in 1.2.2? are per-app settings working for other applications currently? if so, it _may_ be something iDentify is doing. we had a case with an app a little while ago, where when the app started up, it registered itself as having no notifications, shortly followed by its true registration with them all, which had the effect of resetting all the user settings. It's possible something like this is happening here too. OR, something else is going on. one thing to try is to manually delete the iDentify growl ticket, and get it regenerated again, to see if that helps. quit iD, go into growl and remove it from the applications pane there. then restart iD and set up your individual settings again. see if they hold then?
