Also, maybe we can work around the issue. Try this: 1) Remove Growl 1.3
2) Install Growl 1.2.2 3) Change the displays around 4) Uninstall Growl 1.2.2 5) Install Growl 1.3 I wouldn't recommend this normally, but since you're having issues with even changing a setting, then this would likely be the easiest way to get Growl 1.3 working.
