For the Panic apps, contact Panic support to ask them to look at it. I already emailed Cabel about it as well, so they should be aware of it. But they can likely give you more information. However, http://www.ninjadesk.com/featured/fixing-outdated-apps-manually-to-work-with-the-new-growl-1-3-for-os-x-lion/may work as a workaround for now.
