That's a bug. I think we already have it filed. If not then I'll file one.

We're solving the dock icon thing, that should be an option in 1.3.1 so you
can add a dock icon if you'd like.

I'd agree with the cmd+q. I think we also have a ticket on this but I'm not
sure.
