I didn't say that 1.3 is not tested with multiple monitors, I said 1.2.2 has a known issue that will not be addressed since we're not going to put out any more updates to 1.2.2. Growl 1.3 does not support 10.6.x, so I wanted to be up front so that you knew that you would have to live with the issue if you are on 10.6.x.
