If you want a refund then get a refund.  That is your right and apple
WILL GIVE YOU ONE.  Point them at the post from the GROWL people
showing all the known problems.  I did that with another product and
had a refund 12 hours later.  this thing was simply not ready for
prime time.

Side-effect > apple won't remove it from your purchase list so you get
to keep it anyway and you'll get all updates, etc.  Side-effect of the
app store.
