The coordinates of the growl notification pop-ups become incorrect when changing the primary display while growl is running under certain circumstances. For instance when I wake up my laptop with a second second attached configured to be the primary when it was put to sleep without it, it will locate the notifications in the location that would be appropriate for the laptop screen which puts it near the center of the the external display. This requires a growl restart.
