The second screenshot shows your iMac as red, Im guessing the iMac was
not on (or Accept incoming network connections was not on) when you
took that shot since that indicates the computer is not presently
findable by Bonjour, and you said MacBook Pro (MBP) to iMac was
working. Assuming your third screenshot is from the console on the
MBP, the message "Growl: Never heard of this App" means that the
application in the message above (Time Machine Growler) isn't
registered on the MBP. Notifications from applications on other
computers are registered separately, even if that same app exists on
the local computer, and presently this registration is only forwarded
at the time the local Growl (iMac) receives them. Try relaunching
TimeMachine Growler on the iMac while Growl.app is up and running on
both machines with networking setup, and it should show up in your
Applications list on the MBP as<iMacs name> -<application name>.
In the future, we plan to automatically reregister when the sender
gets back the error that the application or notification isn't
registered, and then resend the notification after we have succeeded
in registering.

Screenshots from both sides might be easiest in troubleshooting this one.

On my MacBook Pro my iMac shows up in the list as found by Growl 1.3.
But on my iMac my MacBook Pro does not show up on the list of
connected computers. Any ideas on why?

Here are all the shots pertaining to the problem. I can send Growl
alerts from the MacBook Pro to the iMac, but not the other way. The
rrror message is shown in one of the shots.

The red was because the computer was off during the screenshot. It is
now black. I have tried stopping and restarting the apps but no luck
The apps don't register. I just shut down both machines and then each
app, now they seem to be registered, but it isn't always fruitful. I
will continue to monitor the situation as it has also crashed GROWL a
few times. Thanks.
