I have tried several applications you list in your official site, such as Skype, Cyberduck, VLC, Quicksilver, etc. I've tried to reinstall Growl, and even reinstall some of these applications. And they were still dead... :(
Besides, Add-ons for Firefox is also not available for current version of Firofx 1.0.1.
