Same issue here. I was running 1.2.2 and upgraded to 1.3.1 today. Transmit (and everything else, I would assume, because everything is using the old framework) stopped working. I have used Growl Version Detective to update the framework for Transmit (the app was not running at the time). I started Transmit and it's still not working.
