I think this really needs to be clearer in the descriptions: people
don't read it, but expect it. In my country's MAS, half the reviews
are 1-star complaining that Growl "does not work with any
application", "does not work with Lion's bundled applications" and
"there is no way to add applications to growl". "Normal" users do
*not* understand Applications call into growl and growl itself
(without bridges) can not add abilities to existing applications.

Furthermore, without a precise reading of the text, people can (and
will) also get the impression that GrowlMail is built-in and enabled
from the onset. It's not.

(and of course there are a number of reports of Growl not working
right or at all, that's not much of a problem until you paid for it,
however low the price point)
