Hello, Since upgrading to Growl 1.3.1, I've noticed a sporadic bug that causes the first message that Growl posts to get "stuck". I.e., it doesn't disappear, even after clicking the X to force the message to close. Clicking the X causes nothing to happen (except for the brief color change indicating that it has been clicked). The messages that I've observed with this behavior are not "sticky" messages. I believe this happens with all apps, although the one I use Growl with most is Adium, so I suppose it is possible the problem is limited to just that app.
Growl 1.3.1 Mac OSX 10.7.2 Safari 5.1.1 (7534.51.22) I'm using Matthew Walton's "Smoke" theme. I've got a ton of apps installed which interact w/ Growl - let me know if you really need the entire list. The *primary* apps I use with it are Adium, Twitter, and Skype.
