I was excited to Lion last weekend, I also installed a new hard drive. I had Growl 1.2 prior and loved it. After the new hard drive install, I installed all apps fresh from installers and imported my tunes, and photos, copied over my docs from backup. I went the app store and installed growl 1.3, today I updated it to 1.3.1. I have yet to see a single growl message except for the test previews which show the different notification styles. The only app in the list is Transmit, but it still doesn't work and Skype used to work for me but I have yet to see it in the list.
