For iTunes you'd want GrowlTunes. You can find GrowlTunes in the Growl 1.2.2 download.
For Spotify, unfortunately Spotify implemented Growl support in a way that made it not work. I'm looking into options for a workaround. Make sure you're on a current forum build for Dropbox, that should cover that one.
