No, there's not. Well, sort of. For a day or two when the update notification went out, it didn't check for 10.6. That has since been resolved and you shouldn't get any new update notifications on 10.6. I would recommend disabling the update checker, as we're not going to put another update out for 10.6. That's in the About tab.
