What do you mean by close each one individually? You mean on the rollup window, 
or that you have a line of notifications along the side of your screen?

Growl itself is a notification system which requires that other application use 
it to notify you. So if you would like Facebook notifications, then I would 
recommend looking at an application to do that for you. Trillian is the first 
one that comes to mind, but I haven't tried their Facebook integration.
