We do not provide direct phone support, you can either email
[email protected] or you can use this list. However, I'm the only person
responding to [email protected]. Your opinion is noted, we're just not set
up for a response time of 5 minutes or whatever you feel is acceptable. If
you have suggestions for how we can get set up for this then I'd be open to
listening to them. Feel free to email me off list with suggestions for
improvement based on your experience running companies like ASI. :)
