Alright, so here's what I've ascertained. This is actually what the translation
is translated to, apparently.

It looks like while processing translations, that the Swedish language actually
received Romanian updates. Here's what's in the Romanian file currently:

/* display the icon in both the menubar and the dock */
"Show icon in both" = "afișată în Doc și bara de meniu";

/* display the icon only in the dock */
"Show icon in the dock" = "afișată în Doc";

/* default option for where the icon should be seen */
"Show icon in the menubar" = "afișată în bara de meniu";

/* display no icon at all */
"No icon visible" = "neafișată";

/* No comment provided by engineer. */
"Icon:" = "Pictogramă:";

And here is what is in the Romanian file currently, for the same settings:

/* display the icon in both the menubar and the dock */
"Show icon in both" = "Afișează pictograma în ambele";

/* display the icon only in the dock */
"Show icon in the dock" = "Afișează pictograma în Doc";

/* default option for where the icon should be seen */
"Show icon in the menubar" = "Afișează pictograma în bara de meniu";

/* display no icon at all */
"No icon visible" = "Nicio pictogramă vizibilă";

/* No comment provided by engineer. */
"Icon:" = "Ikon:";

Since I can read neither, and would have to rely on a machine to translate
these to tell me (which is how I figured this out), I need someone who can read
either Romanian, or Swedish, to confirm that this is the problem. The above
should be enough. It's a pretty easy fix if this is the actual problem, I just
need confirmation that it is the actual problem before changing things over. :)
