If you email, just attach the files like a regular email. If you use the web 
interface, it's probably easier to use a service like dropbox to share the 
files. 

A crash log would definitely help, but also if you can get a Sample with 
Activity Monitor that'd be great too. We're going to be working on a 1.3.3 to 
try to knock some of these cpu issues out, so anything you can gather would be 
great.
