In Snow Leopard I got the contents of received chats in a Growl notification so I could see straight away whether I needed/wanted to reply to them without having to switch applications. I can't seem to get that in Lion, which I've been running since it was released in mid-2011. I have already added Display a Growl notification in Events for Message received in both background and foreground chats. What am I doing wrong?
