Watt's does indeed support Growl, however, they are shipping an outdated framework. I have heard from a user in IRC that upgrading the framework thats in Watts with Growl Version Detective (available here: http://growl.info/downloads#generaldownloads) worked, so you should try that. Also, Watts has options to turn growl on/off, so make sure those are on.
