Hello. I am running OS 10.6.8 on an i5 IMac. I have been getting smart reporter errors for the past month indicating that the drive is failing although all seems fine. I have repaired the permissions a few times and this does not seem to solve the errors. I have attached the error messages below. Note that I never intentionally installed growl but see on their website that install can happen secretly with certain apps (ie HP printer software - which I recently updated) I have since downloaded and run the growl uninstaller so we will see what, if anything this accomplishes? Does anyone have any idea why this would be happening or if I need to be concerned? Thanks Rob :-)
