So it could be because of the way that GNTP works, in that it listens on a port 
and once a port is in use, then that's it. We've reduced the interfaces that 
Growl will listen on starting in 1.4, so that should help to alleviate this 
issue. I'd probably consider waiting until 1.4 to work on that reproduction 
case.
